I've been going here for a while now. It can be a little difficult trying to get a regular optometrist at this location (as the 2 optometrists that I have had here had left). However, the people here are usually really patient and attentive to my needs and inquiries. By far, the best staff member there is Olivia! She helped me pick out the best pair of glasses that suited me. She really took her time explaining things clearly and went above and beyond taking care of me!

I was about to give 1 star bec of one staff (verlen) bec of fraud. Before i left the store i make sure that im having 2 sunglasses since he explained it to me that im getting 2 with a discount so when i go there to get my glasses its just only 1 sunglass. Good thing olivia helped me and fixed the problem and gave me another glasses. If your planning to get a sunglass or prescription glass MAKE SURE TO FIND OLIVIA.

Went for treatment of very dry eyes….very happy with results after only one visit. Very professional and knowledgeable! if you suffer with dry eyes, would recommend you call them for an appointment! Well worth it!

The dry eyes treatment at Total Focus has changed my life

The dry eyes treatment at Total Focus has changed my life. I used to have constant discomfort and pain in my eyes and Dr. Torbeih suggested I try the dry eye treatment. I agreed and after the first session I found immediate relief and comfort. I did two more sessions and my eyes have never felt better. I plan to also do the laser treatment very soon.
